For many people, Coffee is just a drink to help them be “awake” or “focus” during periods of time, however, coffee is more than just that, a good coffee can stimulate your brain and has so many properties for the human body. The evidence is pretty consistent that coffee is associated with a lower risk of mortality”. Loftfield’s study shows also that people who drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee per day have a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease in the future. Another reason to study coffee as part of our routine. However, I understand that coffee is not for everyone. It might be that certain health cases that will not allow many people to have a cup of coffee at all.
